Creating a Photo Presentation on TikTok

Photo presentations in the TikTok app work essentially the same as regular videos. You select the photos you want to include in the slideshow, add your favorite music, use stickers and other effects, and publish the slideshow. It’s that easy.

To get started, launch the TikTok app on your iPhone or Android phone and tap the “+” (plus) sign in the bottom bar.

On the opened page, tap “Upload” and add photos from your smartphone.

On the following screen, at the top, select the “Photos” option to display only images in the list, not other content. Then look for the images you want to add to the presentation.

To add a photo to your selection, tap the circle icon in the top right corner of the photo. Do this for all the photos you want to add to the presentation. Note that the TikTok app will remember the order in which you selected the photos and will add them to the presentation in the same order.

After selection, tap “Next (X)” in the bottom bar of the app (where “X” is the number of selected photos).

TikTok transforms your photos into a presentation with a swipe. To add or change music for this presentation, tap the music icon and select your favorite track.

Similarly, if you want to add other elements to the slideshow, such as stickers and filters, use the various editing options available in the right panel of the app. Then tap the “Next” option in the bottom right corner of the screen.

You’ll land on the “Post” page. Here you can add a description of the presentation, tag people if you wish, change the privacy settings of the post, and configure other options.

To then publish your presentation, tap the “Post” option in the app’s bottom bar.

And that’s it. Your own slideshow is now live on your TikTok profile. Your followers can view this presentation, like it, and even comment on it. Enjoy!
